NewSkin OITB partner Arcadie Sobetkii (SC MGM Star Construct SRL, Romania) represented NewSkin OITB at the UPB4H Support Center workshop on "Maximizing the impact: Expertise and perspectives in the development of research projects" held in the Politehnica University of Bucharest (POLITEHNICA București) on Friday, November 24, 2023.   

Maximizing the impact of European research and creating a favourable environment for knowledge transfer is essential for advancing science, addressing social issues, driving economic development through innovation. This workshop brought together active players in the Romanian market, with the aim to establish partnerships for the development of research projects generating innovative solutions to societal challenges within the Horizon Europe and other European Union research programs. Workshop participants had the opportunity to: - discover best practice in Horizon Europe funded projects; - explore project ideas for potential partnerships; - benefit from the expertise of working groups within the UPB4H support centre; - identify calls of interest for projects within the Horizon Europe program.
 
NewSkin OITB partner company SC MGM Star Construct SRL specialises in physical and chemical vacuum deposition, lithography technology, optical manufacturing, and construction works in civil area and R&D activities. Activities are targeted for services, manufacturing prototypes and small series based on requirements and needs of the market customers. MGM R&D activities are reflected through national and international research projects – advancing technology development and new products.
